Time spent with horses in nature returns us to our connection to Spirit and purpose in our lives by re-awakening our heart and soul. Carl Jung taught that we are all born whole and that as adaptations to our environments we lose awareness of that oneness with Spirit. It is the separation from Spirit that leaves us searching for happiness and a sense of purpose.
Hippocrene Spring offers Epona workshops, Women's Spiritual Retreats, Leadership workshops with Horses, Equine Experiential Learning, and Personal Growth Workshops with "Horse as Teacher" in scenic Sonoma, California nestled among the mountains and vineyards.

One may experience this unique way of learning through small groups or through individual sessions. Workshop themes vary although they all include the basic principles of creating authentic community, learning to distinguish between our false self and our authentic self, tools for setting and respecting healthy boundaries, understanding our unique guidance systems, and understanding the value of our emotions. The Facility
Hippocrene Spring welcomes individuals and groups and offers a variety of innovative experiences that foster personal growth and human development through reflective and active interactions with horses in a beautiful parklike setting. Nesteled among the vineyards and the backdrop of the scenic hills and mountains of Sonoma County, Hippocrene Spring is located in a very special environment that supports beauty, serenity, and privacy.
