Join us for this one day workshop where graduating trainees put to practice their 8 month training. This introductory workshop is supervised by Cathryn Clerc, M.A. There will be opportunities to interact with the horses as well as observe the magical horse/human connection.
Listening Within

With the horses as our guides we will journey to the sacred space within each of us to listen to our hearts and reconnect with our inner essence. It is a practice that many of us have forgotten how to do. How do we turn down the volume, relax, be present, and listen to the silent spaces between thoughts in order to know our heart's desire? In this workshop we will intertwine horse activities with practicing tools that release us from our conditioned limiting beliefs which restrict our self expression. This Epona workshop will introduce the basic principles of the Epona Approach and the horse/human connection it inspires. No horse experience necessary.

Dream Catchers

In a variation of the Native American use of Dream Catchers we will learn the tradition of creating a Dream Catcher and then embelishing it with personal tokens. We will explore the Native American symbolism of Dream Catchers as well as ways we may incorporate our Dream Catcher into our daily life.
Each creation is a unique expression of your creative insights and you will leave with a piece of beautiful artwork and a deeper understanding of Native American wisdom.
This workshop includes materials, snacks, beverages, and a delicious healthy lunch.
Location: Novato, CA No horse activities. Directions will be emailed upon registration.
